Sparring Equipment                                

• Only Sparring equipment supplied and approved by the instructor & club may be used in training, grading and competitions

Photos and Filming                                                                                                                      

• You now agree that from time to time, instructors may take photos or film my child in class or competitions to advance training and recognise student achievements.                             

Terms and Conditions:                                

• Registration fee is payable upon registration.
• Student fees are paid for 12 months of the year whether the student is present or absent
• Master Franks Fitness Centres will be closed for August.
• Student Fees are paid monthly in advance, via the Stripe payment system
• A calendar month’s written notice is required to cancel your membership
• I permit for my child to participate in tournaments and competitions
• Master Franks Fitness Centres abide by the data and child protection acts of Ireland

Indemnity                                                                                                              

• I confirm that I/my child shall participate in the classes and/or sessions at my/our own risk and indemnify and absolve
• I confirm that I/my child am able and medically fit to participate the activities offered by Master Franks.
• Master Franks Fitness Centres and/or its instructors against any or all claims of injury that I and/or my child will sustain during any class and or session
• I have watched a class being taught and am satisfied that instruction is being carried out competently
• I have read the Dojang Policies and Rules and agree to adhere to the policies and rules 
• I the undersigned confirm that myself and/or my child likes to participate in the Master Franks Fitness Centres programs.
